COMPANY SUMMARY
HDTL, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Oregon in 2003, however has been in operation since 1992 under the name of Szechuan Restaurant. Currently, HDTL is the parent company for two popular Asian restaurant concepts in Oregon including four SOBA Asian Bistros, and one Szechuan Restaurant. By combining two concepts together into one system, we’ve increased efficiency, revenue growth and profitability—making our family of restaurants stronger than ever.
Since our incorporation in 2003, we’ve begun to operate as one system, leveraging our scale and practicing team together. Rather than having multiple systems, we now share everything from information systems and accounts payable, to purchasing food, equipment, and network media. We will focus on growth through new product innovation, bold breakthrough marketing and improved training and systems to drive productivity.
Like the best Asian and Oriental kitchens, we only use the freshest ingredients – delivered daily to our door from local produce – to prepare our own sauces, signature noodle, rice, meat, vegetable and side dishes. All of our food is cooked on the premises.
From experience, we know that time is precious and customers don’t want to hang around waiting for their food. So we’ve refined the relationship between technology and customer service in the way we handle orders. All orders are entered on our POS system and zapped straight through to the kitchen.
